Aha! Art! Amaaaziiiinggg...
This is the newest and maybe last-for-awhile paper cutouts I've done. It's two dragons... duh... and the kanji 居る which my dictionary tells me means 'to be' or 'to exist' or... other things. I'm probably using it in the wrong context BUT... I don't really care now. It looks cool. It sounds cool. It means cool when translated out of context. Er... Whatever... Oh... I was going to count the scales, but I'ma laaazy bum. Less than half is like, 150 though, cause I counted then... I enjoyed this, but after awhile I started to rush the scales cause they were driving me crazy D: I actually drew it first with a biiig stupid irreverance to the scales existance later on and had to correct where and how some of it would be cut as I was drawing the scales. So, sketching, corrections, layout, and cutting took... *forgot* 7 or 8 hours? more than six and a half... I think it was about 8, give or take a few... Kor... Me and scales, I torture myself D: |
